Para Schedule helps you record the duties you have been assigned, see them by day and week, note changes for particular dates, and print or share copies. It records and communicates assignments that come from your school's own process.

It does not assign staff, approve a plan, or decide who should cover what. Schedule checks describe the times and assignments you entered; they do not say a day is safe, adequately staffed, or compliant with any rule.

• Use an email address you can access, and keep your password to yourself.
• Sign out when you finish on a shared device.
• Each account owns one schedule. Other adults on it are labels, not accounts.

What you enter stays yours. You are responsible for having permission to enter and share it, and for following your school's policies about schedules and student information. See Privacy and school use before you enter anything about students.

Para Schedule uses your content only to run the product for you and the people you choose to share it with.

You decide who may read your schedule, which parts, and for how long, and you can revoke access at any time. Share only what your school permits you to share. People you invite can read; they cannot edit.

A printout or download is a snapshot. It does not update when the schedule changes, which is why each one carries its date, version, and the time it was made. Check the version before you rely on a paper copy.

The Maple Room sample and the starter schedules are fictional. Their times, breaks, and assignments are illustrations, not staffing recommendations or statements about anyone's break entitlement.

• Do not try to reach schedules or accounts that are not yours or not shared with you.
• Do not use the product to store unlawful content or content you have no right to hold.
• Do not overload, probe, or scrape the service.

Para Schedule works online. It may sometimes be unavailable, and features can change. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot do without: Settings, Account & data lets you download a full backup or a CSV at any time.

No payment is collected at this time. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be published before anyone is charged, and nothing will be charged without your explicit choice.

You can delete your schedule at any time in Settings. An account that misuses the service may be suspended. What happens to stored data afterwards follows the retention section of the privacy page, which is still being decided.

• The legal entity offering the service and the governing law.
• Warranties, liability, and how disputes are handled.
• How these terms change and how you will be told.
• A monitored contact address.
