One schedule, kept once, read many ways.

You keep one routine. Para Schedule works out each date from it, including the changes you record for that date, and every view and printout comes from that same result.

  1. Step 1: Build your routine once.

Start from a starter, from blank, or from rows you paste. Enter each duty with its exact times, place, and your role.

Nothing becomes your current copy until you review it and choose Use this version.

  2. Step 2: See your day.

Today shows what is happening now, what comes next, where it is, and what your role is, with the rest of the day below.

My role: Support Group B's assigned reading activity.

  3. Step 3: Change one date.

When one day is different, record the change for that date only. The routine and every other date stay as they were, and the dated copy gets a new version number.

  4. Step 4: Print or share.

Print your day, your week, a team board, pocket cards, or a substitute handoff. Each copy names its date and version.

You can also invite a named person to read a limited view: the adults, dates, and details you choose.

  2. EscortCasey walks Group B from Room 104 to Station A.
  3. ReceiveAvery receives the group from Casey at Station A.
