When the day changes, your whole routine does not have to.

On one Monday, reading moves next door. Record it for that date and the rest of your schedule stays as it was.

Step 1 of 3: Choose the date

Pick the date that is different. The edit you make there belongs to that date alone.

Questions before you start

Longer answers are in Help.

Do other staff need an account?

No. The other adults on your schedule are labels you type, such as Casey or Riley. A label is not an account and never becomes one. Someone signs in only if you invite them to read a view you share, and they see only what you chose.

Can I use it just for myself?

Yes. A new schedule starts with you alone and can stay that way. Your day, your week, dated changes, and printing all work without adding anyone. A classroom team is something you add later, only if you need it.

Can I print my schedule?

Yes. Print your day, your week, a classroom team board, pocket cards for a badge holder, or a substitute handoff sheet. Each printout shows its date, the copy version, and when it was made. A long day continues on another page or card instead of being cut off. Printing without clipping

Can I bring in my current spreadsheet?

If you can paste it as rows or save it as a CSV file. Each row needs a day or date, a start and end time, and a title. You match the columns, then review every row before anything is added, and the rows go into a draft. Colored grids with merged cells, PDFs, and photos are not converted. Importing rows

Can I put student information in it?

Check with your school or district first; their rules decide what you may enter in any tool. Para Schedule works without student names: rooms, group labels such as Group B, and your role are usually enough. Initials alone do not make information anonymous, and a room plus a distinctive assignment can still point to one student. Privacy and school use
