What is included

  • A schedule structure: a regular day from 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.
  • Example duties, each marked Example in your draft until you review, change, or clear it.
  • Editable times to the exact minute; nothing is rounded to a half hour.
  • Print choice: Classroom team board. A landscape team board with one column per adult; each adult can also print a personal day. Every other print layout is available too.

What you change

  • The adults on your team (roster labels, not accounts)
  • Stations, groups and rotation times
  • Break and relief order, as your school sets it
  • Which duties need a set number of adults
  • Labels your school permits you to use for rooms, groups, and adults

What a starter is not

A starter is a schedule structure with fictional sample duties. It does not set staffing requirements, and it does not contain or create a student record.

Sample break times are placeholders. Use the break times your school sets; a starter does not describe anyone's break entitlement.

Use this starter

You review every example duty before anything becomes your current copy.
